In the past, we used Slack internally among team members and with clients, however, due to how we’ve developed our client experience, we now keep communication within our Project Management Software and use Slack among team members only. 

Project Management Software: This tool is essential for keeping track of your tasks and deadlines, collaborating with your team members, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. This is also a great way to collaborate with clients, so they can keep track of tasks, submit items needed, and share feedback. With a project management software, you can streamline your workflows and ensure that your client’s projects are completed on time and to their satisfaction. A good project management software can help you save time, increase productivity, and improve the quality of your work. We are currently obsessed with ClickUp for our project management software. Not only do we use it internally, but we created separate views just for clients, so they have their own space to know what we are working on, access call replays and exercises, and they don’t have to worry about seeing our internal tasks.

You or a team member will also need to invest time to get things set up. This may take some time to research as well as set up, so be mindful.
